ERLASER® AUTOMATION provides machine elements for high speed material processing with excellent precision. Self-made solutions for drive technology and signal processing minimize the secondary processing time and optimize the performance of the ERLASER® machines by means of both efficiency and security. The customer buys turnkey ready systems including the part feeding and pre-assembly, the application-oriented process, quality control and ordered placement of ready assemblies.

  • special purpose clamping solutions, which are self-controlled
  • linear and rotary tables for fast loading of machine
  • work piece carrier for part feeding outside of laser machine and reduction of secondary processing time
  • soft and hardware for in-process-inspection and quality assurance
  • transfer technology for chaining of stations.

Bought-in components are from renowned suppliers such as Siemens, Bosch-Rexroth, Kuka, ABB, Stäubli or Festo.
