Laser beam welding

ERLAS is a leading service provider for laser beam welding. Different laser sources and guiding machines offer a maximum flexibility by means of applications. Seam width and depth are specific adjustable to the needs. As well thin foils as centimeter thick sheets of metal are weldable. Because of the precise input of energy, joints of material combinations, which usually are not producible, are under control by laser beam welding. The use of wire in addition can be helpful to solve special joining tasks.

From the product idea to series

Laser beam welding is most profitable, if the part construction uses the technology specific advantages. ERLAS supports its customers with a laser adapted design, production of prototypes and sample parts as well as in subsequent series production.

Part specific clamping provides the ERLAS-owned mechanical engineering.
